The City’s Citizens Oversight/Finance Advisory Committee (CFAC) has compiled the attached Public Friendly Budget document tied to the City’s adopted Fiscal Year 2016-17 Budget. This document was prepared as part of CFAC’s annual work plan, to produce a budget document that is easier to read and divulge than the City’s current and past budget document. This document includes pie charts for city revenues and expenses, for the General Fund, enterprise funds combined, and the Measure Q local sales tax measure passed in 2006. Also included are descriptions of what each of the identified fund types are, along with breakdowns by expense or revenue type for such funds.
