Green Building Incentive Program
The City of Morro Bay recently adopted a Green Building Incentive Program which provides for various building and plan check fee rebates, as well as expedited building permit review.
Eligible projects are those which incorporate third-party certification or specific energy and water conservation design components.

The City of Morro Bay has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with SLO Green Build, partnering together to promote and provide education regarding the benefits of the Green Building in San Luis Obispo County.
