State Recycling Requirement
Pursuant to AB 939, every city and county in the State of California is required to recycle at least 50% of all waste going to the landfill or pay fines up to $10,000 per day. The recycling of construction and demolition materials will have a significant impact in reaching the recycling goals established by the State.

Construction & Demolition Debris Recycling Ordinance
The Construction and Demolition Debris Recycling Ordinance applies to construction or renovation projects with a valuation of $50,000 or greater as well as demolition projects of 1000 square feet or larger.
