Okinawan Karate
Uechi-Ryu Karate-Do is a traditional system with strong Chinese roots. This class emphasizes on flexibility, body mechanics, and self-defense techniques. The instructor is a Seventh-Degree Black Belt with 30 years of experience and is a West Coast Representative of Okinawa Karate-Do Kyokai.

Flip City Gymnastics
Modeana Lamphier is teaching her popular on-going gymnastics classes for toddlers through high school students. The program includes classes from beginners through competitive level 7. The USAG Junior Olympic Program is utilized, and participants have a chance to move up as the progress through the levels. The Flip City team competes in NorCal Zone 8 and travels throughout Central California.

Kidz Love Soccer
KLS is dedicated to teaching children the world’s most popular game within a nurturing environment. At Kidz Love Soccer, the emphasis is always on fun! Located throughout the state of California, KLS provides the soccer camps and instruction for children ages 2 to 12 year old. A KLS session experience includes age appropriate activities such as; skill demonstrations, fun games, and instructional scrimmages always conducted in a non-competitive, recreational format.
